Bug: Ajax views/Calendar month doesn't build correctly

Specifically, the printer friendly link for the default/month calendar view always shows the current month, and when you move the link to the ajax month load, it isn't correctly formed...likewise we don't pick up the plugin order/framework for ajax pages?
