Feature request - Add additional form data management options

Could use some form data options:
- delete/wipe all data records or a bulk delete (all selected) option
- view individual record by clicking on 1st column entry (instead of all the way to the left
- edit individual record for viewing it (add edit link)
- add a non-tabular multi-record view similar to how we display portfolio items (instead of only as a table
- add a feature to filter/look up records (fwiw, we already allow sorting)
