Feature request - Add virtual folder creation on-the-fly feature to uploader

Since it would be difficult to add access to the 'Manage File Folders' view (we'd have to bring up the whole site as it stands now)...should allow the user to type in a new folder name in the uploader which would create a new folder via ajax and add it to the list.
