Bug: PDF Export isn't visually accurate

Since the Export to PDF is both an optional and experimental feature, there are certain limitations.
- it doesn't deal well with thumbnail graphics since it wants the image, not the url of the thumbnailer
- it embeds links in the document (though this may be desired?)
- it doesn't format tables accurately, namely the default calendar view
