Bug: Edit News item publish/unpublish date hide/display no working

The hide/display the calendar when editing a news item's publish and unpublish dates is not working. It should hide/unhide the calendar, but isn't doing anything. This feature works on the edit blog item screen.

This was (is) working in the 2.0.5 release, but was broken in the 2.0.6 release.
It also seems the 'Add Files' link is broken, however the 'autocomplete tags' seems to function along with CKEditor, so it's not all jscript that's broken. Besides, no errors are thrown.
