Bug: YUI EXPONENT.AjaxEvent function now missing

When attempting to change the file title, alt, or public status, the dialog appears, but when clicking the "Save" button, the screen greys out and stops.
- There is an EXPONENT.AjaxEvent is not a constructor error listed in the console
