attachable items stylesheet path incorrect after restructure

this can be adjusted in framework/core/subsystems-1/forms/controls/filemanagercontrol.php in 2 place. look for $assets_path.

Looks like it. my version of develop didn't have it. I'd fixed it locally, and wanted to make sure it went in to RC2. Well done :)
