Feature request - File Manger Info Panel should indicate Missing Files

It would be nice if there was some indicator within the file manager to show the file is missing from the file system.
However, javascript doesn't seem to have universal way to do this. If there is a way it would be entered in picker_cke.tpl around line 109 with an additional if/else to display the 'file is missing' graphic.
And also it should possibly disable the "Use This Image" button around line 178.
