Feature request: implement a system-wide setting for inline editing save w/o prompt

In a possible move to make the text module inline-edit view the default, it would be good to have a system-wide setting for the 'Save editing changes w/o prompt?' setting. Obviously, the default would be to always prompt, but that might get tiresome...making it even more tiresome to change the setting within every text module.
