Feature request - investgate implementation of form styles

Twitter bootstrap, yui, and yui pure all allow some sort of contro grouping/alignment. while it's easy to add the styles, we'd need it in the form design ui

    We now allow several bootstrap 3 form control styles (horizontal, etc...)
