Finish removing YUI3 code from Bootstrap 3 theme framework, add a 'shipment' interface, plus address any issues in v2.3.4

  • continue to enhance bootstrap3 views, esp. in ecommerce
  • continue to clean up (make work) existing ecommerce features
  • we need to allow 'order fulfillment' by adding an interface which allows the purchase and management of shipping for packages (labels, tracking, pickup, etc...)
