Finish removing YUI3 code from Bootstrap 3 theme framework, add a 'shipment' interface, plus address any issues in v2.3.4

continue to enhance bootstrap3 views, esp. in ecommerce
continue to clean up (make work) existing ecommerce features
we need to allow 'order fulfillment' by adding an interface which allows the purchase and management of shipping for packages (labels, tracking, pickup, etc...)
