Bug: tabbed containers can conlfict

Since most tabbed containers use the same tab 'names' (e.b., tab1, tab2, etc...) there can be a conflict when more than one tabbed view is displayed (including a configurations settings). This typically results in the 2nd tabbed area being empty since all the tabs content is hidden.
Specifically, this occurs when one tab set uses jqueryUI and the other users expTabs, though it may occur with other tab combinations (bootstrap, etc...).
The fix may be to change every tab set in our views (and there are tons of them) using unique names.
Though it'll require some testing, this may be limited to the expTabs since it seems to look for the specific tab names and not within it's own container. jqueryUI, bootstrap, etc... may already be coded to handle more than one tabbed container per page.
