Remove all YUI2 code/widgets, remove YUI3 code from Bootstrap 3 theme framework, plus address any issues in v2.3.1
- create a 'responsive' (bs3), more intuitive interface (dashboard/order management) for e-commerce
- add new shipping calculators for per item, per weight, by zone...perhaps add options to table based calculator to do so by each of those also
- add option to tax shipping and add option to display tax and/or shipping cost on the item view
