Fixes some issues/quirks related to CKEditor; now ensures image
size is transferred to insert image (only if using elFinder), also
transfers 'alt' from file manager; updates/fixes text inline editor
views w/CKEditor to use new insert image widget like rest of
dialogs do [#1225]
