Bug: anomalies with 'develop' branch images

Mostly a note about some anomalies that might appear when using the develop code (and maybe stable?)
- file directory being saved as full path instead of relative to site root (sans the actual relative path if running in folder). Seems to occur in elFinder when auto-generating missing expFile entries as 'file' is displayed
- unable to upload file within elFinder...may be result of one of the recent elFinder code improvements (3rd party)
- unable to get the latest versions of CKEditor nor TinyMCE to
work correctly
- CKEditor insert image dialog doesn't seem to receive the url from elFinder
- TinyMCE 4.2.x doesn't seem to insert the 'img' link into the text
