Feature request - Strengthen tablet/handheld features

Though we already have many 'mobile' features such as the mobile theme options, etc... we should strengthen our support for non-pc devices so that both admins and users can nearly accomplish the same tasks whether on a desktop pc or a handheld/tablet. This would include support for:
- iPad/iPhone
- Android phone/tablet
- Internet Explorer (Windows RT only browser)
- 3", 7", 10", and/or larger screens
