Implements a 'mobile' friendly wysiwyg editor size reduction;
removes status bar and attempts to make toolbar/menu minimal;
implements an editor plugin validation to prevent crashes when
moving between sites/themes; activates TinyMCE browser spellcheck
which can be turned off in custom editor configuration [#1081
