Feature request - Event Registration should provide more 'registration' options

Event Registration should provide more registration and post-registration options
- Should be able to easily add multiple registrants, including non-login type registrants (family members)...the functions may already exist in option groups, etc..., but it's not intuitive if it is available.
- Registrant should optionally receive some sort of confirmation receipt (like an e-ticket) upon purchase/registration.
- Registrant should be able to adjust purchased/completed registration (e.g., cancel, change non-login registrants names, etc...)
- Should offer optional 'early registration' discount...e.g., $30 before Apr 30, $45 after Apr 30
