Bug: PHP 5.4 has problem with 'array_diff_assoc'

Apparently, array_diff_assoc spits out a 'Notice: Array to string conversion' when called. This will appear when error reporting is turned on and performing an install_tables (alter table). This is an issue w/ php 5.4, NOT exponent.
