Permissions problems for Editors

In my installation of 2.0 beta1 at a school I have noticed the following behavior
A user who has edit permission for a module on a page cannot change their password and do not get the slingbar when logged in.
Giving them full page permissions for a page remedies above case.
A user given admin rights to a container module can create but cannot delete modules they add to that container.
Modules in the container do not have implicit permissions for that user. IE even though they can create modules, they do not have permission to edit or add content to those modules.
