Bug: Duplicate filename uploads fail

The code for uploading files uses only a partial pathname when a duplicate filename is uploaded instead of the full path...therefore it won't move the uploaded temp file.
This is fixed locally and will be pushed when the rest of the model/definitions changes...and the new quick upload feature are pushed.
