Feature request - Static tree control in Menu/Page Hierarchy manager

Currently, the menu hierarchy is dynamic and when you return to the page it's collapsed and when you drag an expanded/nested set of pages to move, the moved (and expanded) page list is collapsed (since it can't be built until each node is opened.
May have to consider moving to a static hierarchy/tree?
