Feature request: update html to pdf engine support

We currently support and offer the following HTML to PDF engines in Exponent v2.5.1:
- dompdf v0.8.2exp/v0.7.0exp/v0.6.2exp
- mPDF v7.0.2/v6.1.4/v5.7.4a
- HTML2PDF v5.0.1/v4.6.1
- TCPDF v6.2.17
- wkhtmltopdf (server side executable)
However current versions are:
- dompdf v0.8.5
- mPDF v7.1.9/v8.0.5 (stub for v8 included in v2.5.1)
- HTML2PDF v5.2.2
- TCPDF v6.2.26/v6.3.5
