Feature request - Allow custom module upgrade scripts

Some custom modules require upgrade scripts. We should allow for them to be somewhere in the theme folder such as just inside the /modules folder. This would require updating the code in install/pages/upgrade-4.php and administrationController->install_upgrades() by possibly converting the script location to an array and nesting the existing loop inside one going through the script folder array.
