Adds a quick upload feature to File Selector...works like
'Upload' tab of ckeditor allowing the user to quickly upload a file
and select it in one easy step (vs bring up the file manager,
switch to uploader, select the upload file, upload it, switch back
to file manager, and select the newly uploaded file for use)
current implementation is only one file at a time [#868
