File Manager always opens full screen

Description of problem:

The File Manager always opens in full-screen mode. However, the Upload

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Server: Exponent 2.0B1.1

Client:
OS: Linux (Fedora 14)
Browser(s): Chromium (latest), Firefox 4 (latest)

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:

Open File Manager from Admin Slingbar

Actual results:

Always opens in browser full-screen.

Expected results:

I would personally prefer it match the behavior of the Upload Files window which does not always open full-screen. It is particularly irritating when using the Back to Manager button within Upload Files dialog.
