Feature request - Better interaction/feedback in Uploader

Once we begin an upload, we probably should remove/disable the 'remove' links since they are irrelevant at that point?
Also may want to implement a site configuration setting for # of simultaneous uploads?
Also investigate the ability to interrupt an upload, esp. a multi-file upload in progress
