Feature request - Add a text module 'headline' view to mimic headline controller

Since the headlineController will be fully deprectead in 2.2.0, we probably should have a 'showall_headline' view for the text module instead of just simply using the 'showall' view. This requires migrationController->convert() and remove_headlinecontroller upgrade scripts be updated.
