Bug: event colors get scrambled if using categories

We need to consolodate the 'style' entry on the calevent a tag since in some instances we are trying to have three or more style="xxx" entries on this one a tag.
eventregistration, allday bar, event color need to be complied into one style tag

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
