Bug: jquery add-on 'structure' may not always work without renaming

Since many jquery addons/plugins are NOT always named alike (.js & .css) or may have multiple files, we probably need to deal with then differently than we do no which is load the filename.js from the addons/js folder and filename.css from the addons/css folder.
- Might need to just have a folder for each addon in the addons folder and come up with a simpler method to find/address them

Remove this as an 'alpha' priority. It seems that MOST jquery(ui) addons follow the format for which we're set up, with the exception of we're not yet fully 'less' aware
