Feature Request - Migration from 0.97 includes SEF generation

Not sure if I missed something but my really old sites have nothing in the SEF field. Is there a way to have it generate SEF names (page title with hyphens instead of spaces) so that the site is SEF compatible from the get go. It is a lot easier to edit the converted SEF names than it is to add all new ones.
