Feature request - Implement yui-console/logger as eDebug type enhancement for js

Might be nice to have (built-in) logger output from javascript and yui instead of having to always view the console or issue alert() calls from javascript
This would also make our coding work smoother across browsers instead of the non-IE stuff like console.debug.
Not sure the current smarty {yuilogger} function works
