Feature request - Add a quick uploader to wysiwyg editor

CKEditor has a quick upload feature we've not yet taken advantage of...UNTIL NOW! This feature adds an 'upload' tab to the insert graphic, link, flash, etc... dialogs which allows you to choose one file, upload it and have the dialog point to the freshly uploaded file.
This feature is working locally and will be pushed soon.
