Banners Module not displaying properly

Hello,
I am having a few issues with the Banners module. First off when I try to save images into it, it does not save them and they are gone the next time I edit the banner. I saw a ticket on this and it said it was fixed in the 2.0.2 update. However, I still seem to be having this problem. I am not sure of the version I am running, I believe it is 2.0.0 - If that is the case then I would need to update I imagine. However, I can not find the proper way to update Exponent. Is there any documentation regarding this?
