Bug: Comments attempt to show avatar when not using avatars
Reported by dleffler | June 5th, 2012 @ 02:43 PM | in 2.0.8 (closed)
The comments should only (attempt to) display an avatar if the avatar profile extension is turned on (otherwise they are all not available),
Or we should always display the default avatar (which we are not)

- Assigned user set to dleffler
(from [358f181086b9e99a5dcb4a7f596af438a35fec9d]) Fixes avatar display with comments. We now display default avatar if not profile avatar is set...however we probably need to better format the avatar/comment flow display.
