Bug: Migrating RSS feed settings is assigned to original container multiple times, but not new duplicate

We'll need to postpone creating the expRSS object until AFTER we create the new container, otherwise we create duplicates of the same rss feed and there ends up with NO expRSS object for the new duplicate container
