Retrofit all module view's {icon} usage with "record" instead of "id" params

The text module has been updated. Now all other module views need to be retro-fitted to use record=$record in place of id=$record->id.
This will now fix an issue where editing an item which is actually an aggregate item from another module will cause the module to be re-sourced to the module instance you're editing it from. The result of this is that the item no longer show within the original module in which it was created.
