Incorrect permissions when extracting v2.0.3

All of the permissions for all files/directories are set to 777.

I mean all the files in the package when extracted.

This problem was brought over into 2.0.4. It's a problem for shared hosts such as HostGator where files are required to be minimum 644 and folders 755.
