Bug: Search for Help docs returns a hit for every version of a doc on the site

Must develop a 'custom' spider and/or search method for the help (doc) item since there may be (are) several versions of the same doc on the site and currently it returns a hit for ALL, but doesn't differntiate versions.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
- Milestone set to “2.0.3”
- Milestone order changed from “127” to “0”
