Bug: Filter in File Manager/User Manager doesn't reset list when empty

Though this has probably existed for a long time, when you empty out the filter search box in both the file manager or the user manager, the list doesn't reset to display all items and remains at the last filtered list. Particulaly annoying when your search revealed nothing and you want the entire list displayed again.
