Possible Site Configuration config.php file corruption issue

Seen several forum reports that rc1 will "crash" to a white screen after save the Site Configuration. According to one user, it may involve the HTMLTOPDF_PATH define. It still appears mangled in my installation, but doesn't 'crash' my win32 server, nor my site running on linux.

Fixed in the rc2 branch. Not sure why it didn't update this ticket automatically in my previous commit.
