When accessing a page after the last page of data, it takes you to an empty page of data

Expected result should be taking you to either the first or last
page of actual data.
Currently shows no records if exceeding data, e.g., if you entered
/page/3 for a view that only had 1 page of 10 items...would display
"Showing 21-10 of 10"
