Upgrade calendar module to controller

Calendar module needs to be upgraded from old school (1.0) to
2.0 controller.
* Complete initial implementation * In-place migration for 1.0 data
(events) * Handle website upgrades from earlier version with 1.0
files

- Milestone order changed from 3 to 0
