Bug: (bootstrap) Date Time Picker may not properly display initial/default date

This may be limited to the bootstrap 3 date/time widgets, but the initial date may not be displayed correctly. This may be the result of the site/system date/time format. E.g., Nov 02, 2017 will be displayed as 02/20/2016
