MP3 File Problem

I have a Linux server with Exponent-2.2.3, but I have a problem at the time of the loading of MP3 files. Loaded MP3 files do not play.
Any ideas on the solution?

Is this the media player module or the file download module? Is the media player module.
What browser is being used? Mozilla and Chrome
Does the media player appear on the screen? No, on the screen only appear in black, is a black box color but the videos do work
Is the mp3 file visible inside the file manager? Yes, is the mp3 file visible when is loaded.Thanks

where do i change the media module configuration settings and add some Player' controls like volume, play/pause ?
