Error Exponent with manage_themes

Al momento de personalizar el tema del sitio Web, se obtiene el siguiente error en pantalla:
Not Found
The requested URL /exponent-2.2.3/manage_themes was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.15 (CentOS)
En el archivo de configuración, SEF_URLS se cuentra así: define("SEF_URLS",'0');
Solo esta generando error cuando se quiere cambiar el tema.

Better i explain in english.
It does not happen when I changed the theme by not allowing me to enter management issues, I mean, when I am in Site Settings, and I stand to display the manage themes option appears, but when I click on manage themes I appears error site not found.

I don't know that is the problem, everything else works fine

This option "Please try using the Exponent menu under Super Admin tools, Extensions, Manage Themes." is ok.
How can i prove if the link on the site configuration page may be incorrect?

The link on the site configuration page should resolve to /exponent-2.2.3/administration/manage_themes, not working. Shows the same message that you sent before

Apache/2.2.15 (CentOS)but then I will use the alternate route you provided me.

Don't worry. With SEF URLs turned ON (value 1), shows this message

Apache/2.2.15 (CentOS)Shown for all, not just management issues but for all site settings, so I leave it off
