Bug: we 'add' to search index on an update instead of replace
Reported by dleffler | July 26th, 2013 @ 02:01 PM | in 2.2.2 (closed)
It looks like (in most cases) we tend to add to the search index instead of updating it so that both the old item AND new item are in the search results (except text/navigation and faq?)

Upon further investigation, this seems limited to help & store/products
