CKEditor Image Properties link incorrect URL Browse Server

Description of problem:
Adding a link/URL for an image via CKEditor -> Image Properties -> Link (tab) -> URL Browse Server brings up File Manager instead of Insert/Modify Link

Server: Exponent 2.0B1.1 Theme: Retro
Client:
OS: Linux (Fedora 14)
Browser(s): Chromium (latest), Firefox 4 (latest)
How reproducible:
Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Browse Server via Link tab in CKEditor Image Properties.
Actual results:
Brings up File Manager instead of Insert/Modify Link
Expected results:
Brings up Insert/Modify Link

(from [294746907fceabf46afd514493bbdc66ecfe5255]) Fixes window brought up inside ckeditor when selecting "browse server" from the link tab of insert image. Ckeditor documentation is sorely lacking
