Feature request - Add an import/export form feature

Some forms might be so useful, they would be desired on multiple sites. We should have an export/import form feature which saves the selected form (and its controls) to a special file...perhaps an EQL format file, but with a different tag or filetype so it won't replace like-id'd table rows when imported, but always create new records.
